Becky Sanda is the founder and principal lawyer at Beckis Legal Solutions, a client-focused legal practice dedicated to providing compassionate, strategic, and results-driven representation. With a strong focus on Family law, Becky is committed to guiding individuals and families through some of life's most complex and emotionally challenging situations with clarity, dignity and confidence.

Known for her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, Becky combines legal expertise with genuine empathy, ensuring that every client feels heard, supported, and well-informed throughout their legal journey. She has represented clients in both the Court of Justice and the Court of King’s Bench. She understands that no two cases are the same and takes pride in delivering tailored solutions that align with her clients’ unique needs and goals. Her approach is both refined and results-driven; balancing strong advocacy with measured, solutions-oriented negotiation.

Becky’s academic credentials reflect both depth and distinction. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB Hons) from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. She further obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management from (SOAS) University of London - an academic foundation that informs her nuanced approach to negotiation, mediation, and complex dispute resolution. She also holds a Diploma in Human Rights from Florida State University, underscoring her commitment to fairness, advocacy and principled legal practice.

Beyond her legal work, Becky is dedicated to mentorship and professional development within the legal community. She serves as a Prep Connect Mentor with the Canadian Centre for Professional Legal Education (CPLED), and a Volunteer Lawyer with the University of Calgary Foreign-trained Lawyers Program - where she supports internationally trained lawyers in successfully navigating entry into the Canadian legal market; an extension of her commitment to diversity and inclusion, leadership and global legal perspectives.
